11 Jan. 2024
On February 8, 2024, Institut Polytechnique de Paris (IP Paris) will be presenting around 40 startups from its 3 incubators (Drahi-X Novation Center in Palaiseau, Incubateur Télécom Paris in Paris and IMT Starter in Évry) at its first Demo Day at Station F.
IP Paris organizes its first Demo Day

"At the heart of the Institut Polytechnique de Paris' strategy lies a clear desire to develop innovation and entrepreneurship, and to contribute to achieving the objectives of the Deeptech plan and France2030. This first IP Paris Demo Day at Station F, an emblematic venue for innovation, is fully in line with this commitment, focusing on both our startups and the quality of the support provided by our incubators", explains Bruno Cattan, Director of Enterprises, Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Ecole Polytechnique and head of the Paris Innovation Committee.

IP Paris' three incubators in Paris, Évry and Palaiseau, recently awarded the Innovup' Incubation label by the Ile-de-France region, play a pivotal role in this process, supporting entrepreneurs in the development of their innovative projects with economic, societal and environmental implications.

The very first Institut Polytechnique de Paris Demo Day, taking place at Station F from 2 pm to 6 pm on February 8, 2024, promises to be a showcase for nearly forty startups currently incubated. This major event will bring together an audience of investors, partners and major players in the French Tech ecosystem.

The event will not be limited to pitch presentations and BtoB meetings with investors. A series of conferences will highlight strategic issues related to entrepreneurship and innovation within IP Paris. Topics will include DeepTech, artificial intelligence, industry 4.0 and quantum, underlining the Institute's commitment to areas at the cutting edge of research and innovation.

The event will also be an opportunity to discover or rediscover some emblematic projects led by alumni of IP Paris member schools, such as Exotec, Ynsect, DNA Script, Quandela and Mistral.ai. These past successes illustrate the ability of Institut Polytechnique de Paris to support startups that are shaping the future of emerging technologies.
